Family at Gemini {Shawna Everett Photography}

This past weekend I was introduced to the very

sweet Harmon family, and the most exciting 

newest member…. Vanessa ! She was a doll, and although it 

was a touch chilly and windy, she still came through with

some really cute smiles. (well… grins!)  I wish you could see

her very cool and hand painted converse she was wearing.

Her mommy, Candace paints them, and you REALLY should

check them out …. they are incredible !

Jackson's Six month at Bridle Oaks ! {Bridle Oaks Barn}

Today I got to do a shoot at Bridle Oaks! 

This little handsome fella is Jackson and he was

too cute all decked out in all his hats. This was his 

six month shoot, so I decided to try out Bridle Oaks barn

for a shoot. It was a gorgeous day with the light breeze and

warm sun coming through all the trees. I just love it out

there, and I also love seeing great friends and clients out

there with such great models!

Meet a future Olympian! {Debary photography}

So this is Alexa… and I'd like you to know there's a very 

good chance you are looking at a future gymnastics star!

I say that, not only because she's walking at 9 months old…

but because she has her mommy's feet and that means she'll

be a lot like her mommy. Kim was a friend of mine in our

tween/teen years and we went to gymnastics camp together for

many summers. (we have SOME stories!!) She was much better

than I, and actually went to college on a gymnastics scholarship. 

This is her first daughter, Alexa, and she is a beauty!! I loved

meeting her and absolutely fell in love with her smile and 

sweet spirit. Keep your eye on this one!

Valentines day cousins! {shawna everett photography} {Gemini Springs}

It was a beautiful day at Gemini Springs on Saturday, Valentines day!

These are four of the cutest valentines ever. 

Check out the girls striped outfits from Etsy.  I love it when clients 

put things together with thought !  It really does make such a 

difference in family shoots. These kids did really wonderful. 

They were great listeners and really did help to make the shoot

easy, fun and a great success. I can't wait to start editing the rest!

Baby Emmett {Shawna Everett Photography}

I was excited to meet new baby Emmett yesterday.

He was a referral from a friend from high school. 

He did fabulous (especially towards the end) They all

do that to me! We always get the best shots in the 

last ten minutes. A big thank you to Stacey and Steven

for coming out to meet me and allowing me to photograph

your precious son!

The Hunter Family { Debary family photography}

                                       

Thank goodness the weather finally gave

us a break for one day and we had a chance to 

visit Gemini Springs with this adorable family.

I love seeing the Hunter's this time of year, and 

it's always a guaranteed easy and fun shoot.

Having enthusiatic clients is an awesome thing!

Sweetest Adelaide {big sister!}

I was so happy to catch up with this family!

Absolutely precious, this Adelaide turned out to be...

She will be a big sister very soon. We had

a great shoot at the park despite cloudy skies.

I can't wait to meet little brother, who's making his debut

shortly at the birth center in Sanford. Thank you to 

the beautiful Christy and Luke for sharing your belly moments

with me!

Three sweet boys at Gemini. { Shawna Everett Photography}

 

I had the pleasure of photographing a new family

this weekend at Gemini Springs.  Meet the Monette boys,

all smiles and curls! It was rather muggy and hot out 

there this weekend, after so much rain. We made it work and

the boys did great. I love welcoming more sweet 

people into the Shawna Everett Photography family.

Sweetest Weslee Rose {Debary photography}

Oh my goodness… this is why 6-7 month old babies are

THE BEST! They are happy, smiley and full of

joy. Every last one of them. I don't think I can even

think of an exception.  {{Wait. Maybe my son. }} 

Ok, I'll save that story for another blog post. Weslee 

came to see me for her 6 month shoot and we had so 

much fun in bubbles and hats. I loved seeing her

and her pretty momma too. Thank you 

Nikki, for making the drive and choosing me

for 6 month photos...  Always love seeing all of you!!

Shillings at Sunset {shawna everett photography}

                                  Yes! I took one of my all-time favorite families to my new 

location in Deland. So excited to use this space this fall and also to 

share this beautiful family with you. These kids are growing

up so fast. They are so gorgeous, I could just photograph

them all day. We had a bit of a surprise when "my" field 

was mowed down to mere inches, so we adjusted and shot 

across the way. I just hope I'm able to use this spot

as time goes on, because the sun comes in so perfectly

 there. Thanks to Ron, Sandra, Andrew, Noah and Isabelle

for sweating it out with me this summer!

Handsome Family ! {family photos Gemini Springs}

Some shoots are just easy and fun. This was one of those.

(look at this one of dad photo-bombing his boys... Hilarious!)

The Kaltbaum family came to see me for family photos this

Memorial weekend. Their two boys are very photogenic and

and were perfectly playful and candid (for 18 and 22 years old)

Mom thinks this might be the last family portrait for awhile…

 (with just the four of them, anyway!) My gut is that before too long

we will be adding some VERY pretty female faces to this line-up!

Other than the heat and humidity, this was a great evening for

a shoot. I really enjoyed capturing this family. 

I hope you guys had fun too...
